Shinagawa Refractories Group must be an economic entity that pursues profitability through fair competition, and at the same time, it must be responsible for communties.
Therefore, based on the following eight principles, Shinagawa Refractories Group respects human rights, laws and regulations, and acts to create a sustainable society with descency in accordance with general compliance manual.

Top managements recognize their critical role and will take initiative in practice of this Charter within the company and share with group companies and suppliers.
In addition, top managements will encourage transparent communication and develop an effective internal system and ensure company ethics.

In the event of a violation of this Charter, top managements will resolve the problem, investigate the cause, and prevent a recurrence of the problem. We also disclose information promptly and accurately to society, fulfill our accountability, clarify our authority and responsibility, and take strict disciplinary action.
