Revenue: 115 billion JPY

Current Profit: 11.5 billion JPY (ROS 10%)

Key Challenges

1. Expansion of Domestic Sales

- Sales increase of refractories and thermal insulation materials as a package to meet the diverse needs of our customers, including reducing refractory consumption and CO2 emission

- Promotion of package services, from design to construction and installation, into non-ferrous and industrial furnaces

- Further and faster product development by reinforcing engineering specialists and collaborating with local universities and research institutions

- Promotion of cost reduction to address environmental issues (reducing waste and rationalization of logistics)

 

2. Expansion of Overseas Business

- Collaboration with international partners and new investments to achieve 1) promotion of tailor-made products with the best performance for customer needs and 2) expansion of local manufacturing scheme

 

3. New Businesses Opportunities

- Promotion of ceramic products and other various functional products of group companies along with fireproof and insulation materials

 

4. Capital Investment

- 14 billion JPY for 3 years (FY2021-2023)
